Refund Policy:

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of your packages arrival for damaged/faulty products only. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a change of heart or for crystals that have already been used. Please carefully review the pictures listed and the descriptions provided and make mindful purchases. At Happily Ever Crystals we do our best to accurately list, safely and efficiently pack our crystals and use fragile stickers to ensure extra precaution is used in the delivery process. Unfortunately rarely accidents may occur and we understand, therefore in the event of a damaged/faulty product we will offer at your choice either a replacement if applicable, a full refund or a store credit.

Step By Step Return Process:

Step 1- Please contact and submit a request at Happilyeverycrystals@gmail.com within 7 days of your packages arrival. In your email please list your name, order number, reason for return, pictures of the product and the original packaging and how you wish to proceed whether via replacement if applicable, full refund or store credit.

Step 2- We will respond within 24-48 hours of your request Monday-Sunday. Your request will either be approved or denied based on your reasoning at the sole discretion of Happily Ever Crystals. If you are approved you will receive an email with an address to return the damage/faulty product as well as a prepaid shipping label. The product must arrive in the same condition it was shipped, therefore thoughtful packaging is recommended.

Step 3- Once your package has arrived back to us in the same condition you shipped it, we will begin taking the steps towards your preferred resolution. For replacements a new shipment will be sent within 24-48 hours upon us receiving back the product. You will be emailed confirmation and shipment details when the order has shipped. Refunds and store credit will be issued within 24-48 hours upon your previous packages arrival. You will receive email verification from us when we have completed the steps on our end. For full refunds issued onto the card used at purchase please allow 2-3 business days for funds to return, for store credit please allow 48 hours.

Lost Package Policy:

Happily Ever Crystals is not responsible or liable for lost packages during the delivery process. Once the package is out of our hands and into the post offices possession we no longer have any control during the delivery process to ensure it makes it to you. Priority delivery option is highly recommended to provide insurance on your package, therefore in the event of a lost package customers are able to file a claim with their delivery provider and have assurance during the delivery process.
